Description

A full immersion in the most famous Italian culinary experience to learn how to make pasta, including fettuccine and ravioli, how to cook homemade pasta and how to create the perfect sauce to go along with it. 

Embark on an experiential journey of Italian food and wine in this course with one of the most internationally recognised Masters of cuisine. From preparation to presentation, you will learn how to prepare the most famous cocktails, or pasta dishes, or gelato, or desserts, to the legendary pizza. The classes will take place directly in Cristina Bowerman's famous restaurant “Romeo”, so you will be able to experience the kitchen in full swing and be part of the iconic venue’s vibrant atmosphere.
