From preparation, to baking and tasting, this class that will teach you how to make two famous Italian desserts: Tiramisù and Torta della Nonna (literally, Grandma's Cake) with chocolate and pine nuts.

Embark on an experiential journey of Italian food and wine in this course with one of the most internationally recognised Masters of cuisine. Choose between being hosted by Cristina Bowerman herself or by a member of her team. From preparation to presentation, you will learn how to prepare the most famous cocktails, or pasta dishes, or gelato, or desserts, to the legendary pizza. The classes will take place directly in Cristina Bowerman's famous restaurant “Romeo”, so you will be able to experience the kitchen in full swing and be part of the iconic venue’s vibrant atmosphere.
