Lavinia Borghese, TGH Brand and Property Strategist

Born in 1992, she is the youngest person at TGH. Millennial or Generation Y in every respect, although in truth she bears a very ancient name. The Borghese family are a princely and papal Italian family originally from Siena that for many centuries held great influence in the political and religious history of Rome and Italy in general. Yet Lavinia sought her own identity and independence by wandering the planet from the start. She has traveled the five continents since she was a child: her mother is American and her father is Anglo-Italian. She studied at French school and took an Erasmus in Madrid, and now fluently speaks four languages. She has lived and studied in Phnom Penh, London, Dublin, Rome, and specialised in Marketing and Communication. She has worked in the Luxury Industry from a young age, starting at the tender age of 18. A personal “karma”, that is how she defines it. For her Luxury is attention to detail, design, hospitality, refinement, listening, small niches of well-being. Always looking for new challenges and feelings, she contributed to the Italian growth of the English company Onefinestay, opening markets in Rome and Florence. After this she joined TGH, diving into the project in harmony with the brand’s philosophy and with TGH Pink Shot: knowledge, dialogue, emotion, memory. She defines herself as passionate in love and on the tennis field, where three times a week she takes on any challenger.
